Built as a home first.
Designed by award-winning New York architect Lee Skolnick, Seabird has high ceilings, structural wooden beams, Haitian and Anguillian art on the walls, and a working garden of herbs and fruit trees in the grounds. Indoor rooms open onto outdoor ones as a matter of design. Four ensuite bedrooms across two wings give nine people room to share the house without living on top of each other.
Outside, a curved infinity pool sits on a wide terrace with loungers, outdoor dining, and views across the salt pond toward St. Martin. Two minutes away on foot is Rendezvous Bay: wide, calm, and rarely crowded.
